Job Duties/Scope Of Work
The Work Control Activity Manager at Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo) ensures high-quality work planning across the company, applying work management principles and Conduct of Operations standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing oversight on the Work Control process to ensure high quality, complete, and hazard-informed work packages.
- Resolving issues and facilitating alignment between management, planners, and subject matter experts.
- Leading discussions to enhance communication flow between Work Control, Work Week, Operations, Maintenance, and field organizations.
- Providing strategic input for the improvement of the planning process, work control training, hazard reviews, and workflow practices.
- Obtaining work planner qualification to support the Maintenance and Work Control organization.
Basic Qualifications
- Career Grade 20: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 8 or more years of relevant experience.
- Senior Grade 21: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 10 or more years of relevant experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and other Microsoft programs.
- Experience in developing technical work documents.
- Experience facilitating multi-discipline planning meetings or hazard reviews.
Compensation & Benefits
- Expected annualized pay range based on full-time schedule (40 hours per week): Career Level Grade 20: $114,700 - $183,450, Senior Level Grade 21: $126,200 - $202,000.
