About the role
As an Activities and Lifestyle Engagement Associate at Shenango on the Green, you will assist in conducting and developing the (24-hour) lifestyle engagement program for residents. Your responsibilities include implementing activities to ensure that each resident's individual needs are met, maximizing their strengths and abilities.
Responsibilities
- Assists in conducting and developing the (24-hour) lifestyle engagement program for residents.
- Implements activities to meet each resident's individual needs, enhancing their strengths and abilities.
- Documents resident progress according to state, federal, and departmental guidelines and regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds, and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
Qualifications
