Member Engagement Associate
General Summary

Our MEA's work directly with our members each and every day, they are a strong representation of the credit union and our culture!
Requirements
- Professional and positive attitude, with a desire to help others
- Confidence to recommend products and services
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently as well as with a team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
Physical Requirements
- Use keyboard, monitor, telephone, and other standard office equipment
- Lift and move a minimum of 20 pounds
- Capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance
Required Training And Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous cash handling, sales or customer service experience.
