About the role

This role is based in the Central or Eastern time zone, aligning with the East Coast schedules of the executives you'll be selling to. Field travel happens at your discretion, whenever it will genuinely move a deal forward. Sales cycles run 7 to 9 months, reflecting the size and complexity of the accounts. By the end of month five, you should have built pipeline to 3x coverage and be in active conversations with decision-makers.

You'll report to the RVP of Sales as part of a team of 6 AEs, with a dedicated BDR supporting your pipeline generation (a 3:1 AE-to-BDR ratio). You'll have access to a deep support ecosystem including co-prime specialists, technical SEs, and industry specialists who know your verticals, plus an upper management team that actively engages in deals.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run a territory plan targeting Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies in consumer goods, manufacturing, retail, and energy that are not current UiPath customers (pure net-new, not win-back).
  • Manage the entire sales motion from first outreach through close, consistently hitting or beating quota.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and their teams, navigating large organizations to find real decision-makers.
  • Position UiPath's System of Action, speaking credibly about how UiPath helps enterprises move from AI experimentation to governed, production execution.
  • Work with Regional and Global Systems Integrators to identify co-sell opportunities and land accounts that benefit from a partner-led approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including BDRs, product specialists, and overlay teams as the quarterback of the sales process.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive moves in your verticals to bring a point of view to every conversation.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years in enterprise software sales with a track record of closing net-new logos in large, complex organizations.
  • At least 10 years total in software or technology sales, ideally with SaaS experience.
  • A real history of hitting or exceeding quota.
  • Technical curiosity and comfort in technical conversations about automation and AI, without needing to operate at solutions-engineer depth.
  • Based in the Central or Eastern time zone.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.

We're looking for someone genuinely interested in technology who can translate what the technology does into why it matters to the business, knowing when to bring in technical resources for deeper discussions.

About UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We're committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power. We need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine—people who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company and care about each other, UiPath, and our larger purpose.

UiPath's future centers on the System of Action—the idea that AI delivers real business value only when it can take action inside a company. Maestro, our platform, makes this real by encoding durable business logic, staying model- and framework-agnostic, and executing where no API exists (e.g., mainframes, legacy systems). This differentiates UiPath from competitors like Salesforce, Microsoft, and ServiceNow.

With over 10,700 enterprise customers, UiPath has a strong foundation for growth. Revenue growth has accelerated across the last three reported quarters (16%, 14%, then 17% year-over-year), with ARR growing at a consistent double-digit clip. Customers generating $1M+ in ARR grew 18% year-over-year, and the company recently posted its first-ever GAAP-profitable quarter.
