Fully onsite in El Segundo, CA. W2 position with a pay rate of $23/hour for a 2–3 month project.
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume performance-based invoicing for very large customers.
- Reconcile accounts and adjustments.
- Prepare, maintain, and review all accounts before entry in the general ledger.
- Communicate with Account Executives, Account Managers, and Agencies.
- Support internal quarterly audits with Agencies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel is required.
- Previous accounting experience performing similar duties.
- College degree in accounting or post-secondary coursework including introductory accounting.
- Working knowledge of bookkeeping, record-keeping, and clerical reporting procedures.
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Great Plains, QuickBooks, and online banking functionality is a plus.
- Previous collections experience is a plus, as the role may involve soft collection calls and/or letters.
Pay
$23/hour.
Schedule
2–3 month project.
