About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payment collection.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues and improve cash flow management.
  • Prepare monthly reports on accounts receivable performance and trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of financial systems and software.
  • Experience with collections and credit management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
