Accounts Receivable - Cash Posting Manager

About the role

The Cash Application Specialist Manager oversees the cash application team, ensuring timely and accurate posting of all third-party and patient payments into the A/R system. Key responsibilities include resolving payment posting issues, credit balances, refund requests, and managing a team of Cash Application Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Manage team of Cash Application Specialists
• Support timely and accurate posting of all third-party and patient payments into the A/R system
• Resolve payment posting issues, credit balances, refund requests, and other posting function responsibilities
• Ensure consistent productivity and quality of work in a challenging, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environment
• Escalated point of contact for any issues
• Drive a culture of inclusion and engagement through regular team meetings and 1:1s and team building activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in a health care cash posting environment
• Minimum of 3 years management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Pay

$93,000 - $120,000, plus bonus. Depending on experience.

Schedule

Indoor open office environment. Position needed in-office. Extended hours when needed/occasional weekend work. Kestra manufactures and provides life-saving products regulated by the Federal Food and Drug Administration and under contract with Medicare.

Travel

Occasional travel, domestic and international, may be required, less than 10%
