Accounts Payable Specialist (Long Term Contract)

Location: Boise, ID (100% Onsite)

Pay: $20–$24/hour DOE

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Duration: Ongoing Contract

CV Resources is partnering with a well-established Boise organization to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist for an ongoing contract opportunity. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a high-volume AP role.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain vendor records
• Prepare and process weekly check and ACH payments
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and account inquiries
• Assist with month-end close and other accounting projects as needed
• Maintain accurate records while meeting deadlines

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• Experience processing high-volume invoices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
