Responsibilities

  • Manage and process invoices using D365, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Act as a liaison between Workwear Outfitters and outsourcing partners.
  • Oversee 3-way invoice matching, posting journal entries, and General Ledger coding.
  • Research vendor invoice inquiries, determining receipt and status within D365 AP, mainframe, and Chain Drive systems.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve invoices for payment.
  • Manage individual and team work queues for AP inquiries using standard business communication channels and CRM technology.
  • Provide guidance on vendor activities, including corrections to master data, payment details, and disbursement events.
  • Analyze and interpret data, identify trends and problems, and present solutions for vendor and internal inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of special handling transactions.
  • Seek new ideas, methods, and best practices to improve payables operations efficiency.
  • Review vendor statements for inaccuracies and missing invoices/payments.
  • Meet deadlines while delivering quality results.
  • Gather, organize, prioritize, and manage data from multiple sources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred (not required).
  • Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft environment (database, spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation tools).
  • Self-starter able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, team environment with high individual accountability.
  • Highly organized and achievement-oriented.
