Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Input and process all accounts payable document batches.
• Create and edit the weekly schedule of payments.
• Prepare and issue A/P checks.
• Maintain WK Vendor Master.
• Review invoices for sales tax compliance.
• Calculate state and local sales tax accruals.
• Research and code refund checks from vendors.

Qualifications

• Preferably some business school.
• Minimum of 5 years Accounts Payable experience.
