Accounts Payable Specialist

At FUCHS, we’re committed to operational excellence, and that starts with a strong finance team. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to support our vendor payment processes and ensure accuracy across our financial systems.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the Accounts Payable inbox and respond to vendor inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Process invoices—including PO match and non-PO match—using our AP system (Esker).
- Reconcile vendor accounts by reviewing monthly statements and resolving discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to purchase orders, invoices, or payments.
- Set up new vendors and manage updates to vendor master data.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP and Esker is a plus.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
Competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
