Accounts Payable Analyst

Responsibilities

• Process and audit high-volume and complex vendor invoices using 3-way match against purchase orders.
• Generate accruals and support month-end close activities.
• Support internal and external audit activities and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate inquiries with vendors, internal customers, and Project Managers.
• Assemble supporting documentation for invoices and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Perform intermediate accounting and Treasury administrative tasks.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent education and minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of accounting procedures and terminology such as accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Experience in Accounts Payable or similar accounting work.
• Familiarity with SAP or comparable ERP platforms.
• Good communication skills to comprehend, follow direction, and convey data.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and teamwork orientation.
• Exhibits questioning attitude and practices self-checking.
• Ability to identify and improve financial processes.

Pay

Salary: $19.70–$25.70/hr and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
