Accounts Payable Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Review invoices for accuracy, proper approvals, and supporting documentation prior to payment processing
• Code and enter invoices into the general ledger system while ensuring compliance with company procedures
• Maintain vendor relationships, including onboarding, communication, and issue resolution
• Research and resolve discrepancies, reconcile accounts, and support monthly reporting activities
• Assist with month-end close, including expense variance analysis and maintaining organized invoice documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience within a high-volume environment
• Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines independently
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems; experience with Great Plains or Sage preferred
