Description & Requirements

Blended responsibilities between Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payables. Timely posting of customer checks. Processing incoming mail. Communication with clients about billing discrepancies and past due invoices. Timely payment of vendor invoices for cost of goods and services. Process transactions daily for cost of goods and for company expenses. Maintain proper documentation for the financial record of the company.

  • Daily reconciliation of bank for DK and PS on system and on spreadsheet.
  • Daily communication throughout the day via e-mail or phone with vendors.
  • Processing payments, and account reconciliation.
  • Printing invoices for cogs and expenses.
  • Enter invoices for company expenses.
  • The ability to post daily deposits and post all entries in the system.
  • Communicate with customers about billing discrepancies and answering questions.
  • Maintain accounting ledgers as required.
  • Create and update a phone log sheet for quality control and scheduling of future calls.
  • Follow-up with past due accounts to lower overall Accounts Receivable balances.
  • Audit ledgers to ensure they contain correct information, such as billing addresses and invoice numbers.
  • The ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Expert on ERP accounting software particularly around vendor set-up, payment, and check processing.
  • Communicate in a timely efficient manner verbally and via email.

Qualifications

College Degree preferred with 2 years of accounting experience.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this role is $23.00 to $24.50 per hour. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
