Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for payment
• Ensure proper approvals and coding of invoices
• Maintain vendor records and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Process intercompany elimination entries
• Generate and send customer invoices in a timely manner
• Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers
• Process incoming payments via wire, ACH, check, and credit card
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Prepare financial reports related to AP and AR
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/customers
• Assist with monthly and annual sales tax obligations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with Sage X3 a plus
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• For ITAR compliance, all employees at this location must be a US citizen or a lawful permanent resident
