Accounting Clerk

We’re seeking an Accounting Clerk to work at a premier organization in Spring, TX. Responsibilities

• Support accounting operations by filing documents, reconciling statements, and maintaining data within financial/accounting systems.
• Process and code billing and payroll, prepare and verify financial reports, and perform general bookkeeping tasks as needed.
• Assist with invoice processing and complete financial reports within SAP.
• Create Capital Projects within SAP, including AFE creation, WBS set-up, and TC Coding.
• Assist in setting up Purchase Orders in SAP and troubleshoot related issues.
• Support the Capital Projects Team with accrual processes and other project-related tasks.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP and report preparation.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong PC skills.
• Helpful attitude, aptitude to learn, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Accurate and efficient typing skills to support data entry and document management.

Pay

$23.00 per hour.
