Responsibilities Processing various GL account reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Process daily floorplan payoffs, flooring of vehicles and floorplan reconciliations Assist with stocking in new vehicles and physical inventory reconciliations Assist with daily parts and service deposit Assist with month end closing Qualifications Automotive dealership experience is preferred Have a minimum of 2 years of automotive accounting experience Great understanding of account reconciliations Be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced office Excellent computer skills including Excel and Word Excellent written, verbal and communication skills Must be able to work well with people on all levels and be able to communicate effectively.
