About the Role
The Billing Specialist provides all accounting requirements within the Customer Engagement Center, delivering solutions to clients and vendors with a strong task-completion focus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and direct accounting needs with clients, vendors, and DAR PRO Solutions.
- Prepare monthly consolidated invoicing and rebating with accompanying Excel detail for clients.
- Monitor CEC account set-ups in close collaboration with Darling facilities.
- Handle AR collections and reconcile payment applications.
- Process monthly rebate and invoicing batches in Oracle for National & CEC accounts.
- Prepare customer analysis as requested to support account managers and corporate management.
- Respond to internal and external audit requests.
- Manage pricing updates in Oracle for CEC, independent customers, and third-party vendors.
- Assist in setting up third-party sales agreements and install base data in Oracle.
- Verify account terminations for the MDM team for CEC and National Price Management groups.
- Prepare Oracle set-ups for pre-paid brand accounts.
- Process vendor invoices and rebates as needed.
- Collaborate as a team member with Engagement Center Agents.
- Advise and consult with clients regarding invoicing requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- One or more years of billing work experience with a service-oriented company.
- Advanced Excel skills.
