Account Supervisor
About the role
The Account Supervisor will serve as a strategic partner to clients, bringing vision to life while identifying new opportunities to drive impact and growth. This role offers a platform to make a real impact while building client leadership expertise in a fast-paced, autonomous agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Translate client goals and program strategies into clear project plans and actionable briefs in collaboration with strategy and project management teams.
- Lead campaign discovery and GTM planning, translating business objectives into comprehensive go-to-market activation strategies.
- Drive consistent execution across the full campaign lifecycle, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, at a high level of quality, and accountable to measurable outcomes.
- Navigate complex industries with confidence, translating nuanced subject matter into compelling communications strategies across web, social, brand, and content channels.
- Drive lead generation and CRM initiatives, including customer experience strategy, campaign development and platform coordination.
- Partner with Account Directors to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and proactively recommend innovative ideas and strategic solutions.
- Manage scopes, timelines, budgets, and forecasts to ensure operational excellence and successful delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client businesses, goals, and industries to serve as a true strategic partner and extension of their team.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of marketing experience, with agency experience required. B2B experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven hands-on experience developing and implementing integrated marketing programs across traditional and digital media.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a variety of programs in addition to program-level and tactical strategies for clients.
- Highly organized, curious, confident, self-motivated, and poised under pressure with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Communicate and present with confidence articulating strategy, sharing recommendations, and building trust with client stakeholders across every interaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Benefits
- MX is committed to providing a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 annually.
- We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
Pay
Compensation Range: $95,000 - $105,000 annually. MX believes it will pay this pay range for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on the applicant’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in addition to the requirements of the position.
