Responsibilities
- Leading projects with increasing autonomy, from strategy through media delivery, ensuring all client deliverables are met
- Collaborating across departments while managing internal teams and external partners effectively
- Overseeing productions of all sizes, from planning through execution, leveraging agency and external resources (TV, radio, video, photography)
- Serving as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, contributing meaningfully to their marketing and business initiatives
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive, thoughtful engagement
- Clearly articulating strategic, creative, and media insights internally and externally
- Understanding the rationale behind creative work and client requests to guide projects effectively
- Planning and organizing team workflows to manage multiple projects successfully
- Delivering projects on time, within budget, and with measurable results
- Anticipating challenges, proposing proactive solutions, and partnering with teams to resolve issues
- Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills while remaining flexible and adaptable
- Communicating confidently and persuasively in writing and in presentations to clients and internal teams
- Supporting revenue growth and identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships
- Staying current on industry trends, client business developments, and competitive activity to proactively inform strategy and recommendations
- Keeping pace with advancements in AI and emerging technologies, identifying practical opportunities to improve efficiency, enhance deliverables, and drive innovation at CTP
- Drafting scopes of work and fee estimates, and tracking client budgets with precision
- Mentoring junior team members, providing guidance, direction, and professional development support
Requirements
- Ability to be in our Boston office 2x/week (Tuesday and Wednesday)
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Account Management. Former agency experience preferred
- Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite & Google Suite
All employees are required to be in-office at our CTP location on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Pay
The salary range for this role is $65,000 – $85,000 annually. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and market data.
