As an Account Strategist, you'll play a crucial role in leading day-to-day client relationships for high-priority enterprise engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Turn Client Needs into Action
  • Translate client feedback, priorities, and business objectives into actionable direction for Project Management, Creative Strategy, and Production teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on expectations and next steps.

  • Own the Production Process
  • Manage project intake, kickoffs, workback schedules, approvals, and final delivery across a high-volume mix of copy, design, motion, and video assets.
  • Champion Quality
  • Review deliverables before they reach the client, ensuring work meets quality standards, aligns with project requirements, and reflects our commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborate Across Teams

  • Stay Ahead of What's Next
  • Identify potential delivery risks, resource constraints, and process improvements early, bringing thoughtful solutions that help teams stay proactive instead of reactive.

Requirements

  • Experience managing enterprise or B2B clients, with confidence navigating multiple stakeholders and complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of creative production workflows, including project intake, timelines, approvals, and asset delivery.

  • Proficiency with Asana or a similar project management platform, along with strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and collaboration tools.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality assurance and operational excellence.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while partnering with teams across multiple time zones.

Qualifications
