About the role
Polymath Robotics was founded by Stefan Seltz-Axmacher and Ilia Baranov after 10+ years of developing autonomy stacks for various industries. We aim to create a reusable autonomy stack that can be deployed across different sectors. Joining Polymath means being part of a small, close-knit team of around 20 experts working towards automating industries.
Responsibilities
- Sales Meeting Support
- Attending, taking notes, and understanding key objectives and deliverables for customer programs
- Minimal outbounding - list creation, campaign creation, event management
- Sales Project Management
- Making sure deals move forward in a timely manner and stay in custody
- Making sure sales deliverables are created with all inputs required
- Collaboration with the commercial, program management, and applications engineering teams
- Collateral & Materials
- Building decks, ROI models, internal stakeholder decks, etc.
- Filling out program applications, drafting customer memos, etc.
- Tracking deals in CRM (Hubspot) and keeping it updated
- Selecting, setting up, and managing sales automation tooling
- Light Sales Ops
- Eventually taking the lead on some smaller deals at the direction of the team
Requirements
- MBA, Management Consulting Experience, or other executive-level experience
- Experience interfacing with executives of mid-sized and large companies
- 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, technology environment
- Experience building financial models, professional presentations, and professional memos
- Experience closing 7+ figure strategic deals (preferred)
- Experience using AI tools in sales, marketing, and go-to-market workflows (nice to have)
- Familiarity with the following tools (a plus): Hubspot, gSuite (Slides, Docs, Sheets), Phantom Buster, Lemlist, and others for automated research and outreach
Qualifications
- Location & Travel
- In-office 3 days per week in the Mission District, San Francisco
- Travel to clients and trade shows as required (10-30% travel)
Benefits
This role offers a salary plus commission, with the offered range including the OTE.
