Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent AND minimum three (3) years of experience working in a corporate or business office environment OR minimum four (4) years of experience working in a corporate or business office environment.
  • Accident and Health Insurance License (Colorado) within 3 months of hire.

  • Knowledge of account strategy and implementation.
  • Ability to collaborate with peers across teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to change and provide feedback.
  • Understanding of customer service and account management.
