Account Executive - QSR/Travel
About the role
We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to lead strategic brand growth and accelerate advertising revenue across Tubi’s streaming ecosystem, with a dedicated focus on driving Full-Funnel Partnerships and Outcome-Based Selling Frameworks. In this role, you will own revenue generation across key brand accounts and major media agencies—with deep category focus on QSR and Travel. You will act as a consultative advisor—building Strategic Account Frameworks and high-impact platform solutions that tangibly drive business forward in these core verticals. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Drive Full-Funnel Partnerships: Prospect, negotiate, and close end-to-end media commitments across Tubi’s streaming platform.
- Lead Category Growth (QSR & Travel): Act as a vertical expert to drive business forward in the QSR and Travel verticals, building tailored strategies that solve category-specific challenges (e.g., foot traffic, app conversions, seasonal travel booking cycles).
- Execute Outcome-Based Selling: Evolve conversations from legacy metric buys (e.g., CPMs/eCPMs) to performance and business outcomes, proving ROI for QSR and Travel partners.
- Deliver High-Impact Sponsorship: Package and sell signature high-visibility offerings, including Tubi takeover and marquee content and creator-led sponsorships.
- Build Senior Level Brand and Agency Relationships: Manage senior level relationships across key brands and agency partners. Lead senior level client meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Data-Driven Storytelling & Pipeline Management: Manage sales forecasting, opportunity pipelines, and account plans. Translate viewer analytics and streaming trends into actionable client insights. Develop compelling, client-ready presentations and build customized sales pitches that clearly communicate insights, recommendations, and partnership opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate across Ad Product, Integrated Marketing, Account Management, and Measurement teams to ensure seamless execution, best-in-class client service, and measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in high-stakes, outcomes-based sales environments, with a focus on business results over reach/frequency.
- Category Expertise: Deep domain knowledge and demonstrated success selling into the QSR and Travel categories, with an ability to leverage industry insights to drive business forward in these verticals.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex measurement data and attribution frameworks into actionable client strategies and revenue-driving narratives.
- Outcome-Based Selling Expertise: Proven experience utilizing full-funnel measurement tools and attribution solutions to tie streaming spend directly to restaurant/store visits, online bookings, and sales.
- Track Record of Success: History of consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets and negotiating complex upfront or annual partnership agreements.
- Established Network: Strong existing relationships with agency leads, programmatic buyers, and client decision-makers in QSR and Travel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Benefits
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401(k) plan.
- Paid time off.
- Flexible Time Off Policy for salaried/exempt employees to manage all personal matters.
- Parental Leave Program: Twelve (12) weeks of paid bonding leave within the first year of birth, adoption, surrogacy, or foster placement of a child, in addition to applicable government leave programs and short-term disability policy.
- Monthly wellness reimbursement.
