About the role
As part of our global team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with talented and dedicated colleagues while developing and expanding your career in sales. This position focuses on territory management, client relationships, and achieving sales quotas within the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales territory management strategy.
- Create and maintain a qualified sales funnel to ensure over-achievement.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and across all levels of the organization.
- Drive client satisfaction; customer focus is key.
- Achieve sales quota for your assigned territory.
- Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales (proposals, quotations, contracts, product demonstrations, negotiations, etc.).
- Engage and leverage the internal team to advance client relationships and execute sales strategies.
- Develop and retain deep domain expertise in healthcare and communicate market intelligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
- 3-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
- Experience leveraging CRM solutions for territory management; Salesforce.com desired.
- Medical capital equipment sales experience preferred; radiology experience is a plus.

Pay
Compensation decisions are based upon the candidate’s level of skill, qualifications, geographical location, and experience. The position may also be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, such as cash bonuses.
