About the role

Figma is seeking an Account Executive, Mid-Market to join our dynamic team. This role plays a crucial part in driving sales and maximizing revenue with our key customers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow a targeted book of existing Mid-Market (500-5000 FTEs) customers
  • Utilize discovery and value-selling to build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers
  • Align with executives on critical business priorities and gain sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments
  • Create account plans outlining company priorities and initiatives, threading at a senior level to build on expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to expertly position Figma, drive deals forward, and ensure customer success
  • Leverage opportunities to advance executive-level relationships through in-person meetings and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience closing sales for a software or SaaS business with a book of customers (consistent performance meeting pipeline generation targets for net new business)
  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing complex sales cycles (3-9 months)

Qualifications

  • Experience selling solutions to technical audiences at executive level (Engineering, Product, Design teams)
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a changing environment
  • Certified in deal qualification and prospect discovery

Skills

While not required, experience selling to technical audiences at executive level (Engineering, Product, Design teams) and certification in deal qualification and prospect discovery are considered an added plus.

Pay

The annual base salary range for this role is $110,000—$110,000 USD. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified.

Schedule

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs (in-office 2 days/week) or remotely in the United States.
