About the Role

Blacksmith Agency is growing its sales team across the US and Canada. As Account Executive (Closer) at Blacksmith, you drive growth across both project-based engagements and ongoing marketing services, working with a diverse range of clients and partnering closely with SDRs, strategists, and leadership to win high-value business and expand existing accounts. This is a consultative hunter role for a confident communicator who excels in virtual selling, deep discovery, and managing complex multi-step sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close.
• Generate new business while growing existing client relationships.
• Lead consultative discovery, solution development, and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage complex deals with multiple decision-makers.
• Partner with SDRs to convert warm leads into opportunities.
• Deliver compelling virtual presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and support legal and procurement processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a quota-carrying Account Executive role.
• Proven track record selling high-value solutions through consultative sales.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Experience managing longer structured deal cycles of 3 to 12 months.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Comfortable selling in a primarily remote environment.
