Account Executive (Bilingual)

About The Role
As an Account Executive, you will manage deal cycles from generation through to close. You will be the primary contact with prospects, responsible for qualification, demoing, providing technical assistance, and negotiating contracts. We seek curious, confident individuals with high technical aptitude. You will be accountable for hitting your goal with full company support and surrounded by a collaborative team. We value entrepreneurial spirit and mutual learning.
Responsibilities
- Work full-cycle deals from demo to close.
- Research and target companies using prospecting tools.
- Build and manage a pipeline.
- Learn and demonstrate our platform to prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts.
- Record and document all sales activities in Salesforce.com.
- Successfully utilize all sales tech tools.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience in a sales role, preferably at a startup.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota.
- Passion for closing deals and delivering value to businesses.
- Solutions-oriented mindset to address objections and highlight product value.
- Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with high-velocity sales cycles or selling to small businesses.
- Resilience and resourcefulness in overcoming setbacks.
- Comfort with sales tools like Salesforce or other CRMs.
- Ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations.
- Passion for solving big problems and driving immediate impact.
- Openness to feedback and accountability.

Pay
The total On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $150,000 - $155,000, including a base salary of $77,500 and variable target compensation of $77,500. The salary offered will be based on location, skills, and experience. Base salary is one component of a robust total rewards package, which may also include bonuses, commissions, and equity.
