Account Executive

About the Role

Responsible for developing new business and lead generation within an assigned territory to maximize the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through cold calls and leads.
• Utilize CRM technology to document activity and track results.
• Maintain contact with prospects via in-person sales calls and phone block sessions.
• Prospect within the territory and schedule phone blocks to ensure pipeline activity meets tenure standards.
• Support company marketing programs and initiatives as needed.
• Observe and benchmark other Account Executives to replicate best practices.
• Consistently close new business within the assigned territory.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree and/or success as a Service Representative.
• Familiarity with codes, product attributes, and procedures in the safety field.
• General awareness of business, financials, sales, and safety principles.
• Strong ability to use technology to increase new business activity.
• Proven ability to prospect in-person and over the phone, build rapport, and close business.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and pass a drug and background check.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and talking on the phone.
• Attend virtual online meetings and work on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
• Operate a motor vehicle and travel as needed.

Pay

• Base Salary: $50,000 (bi-weekly pay frequency).
• Annual Commission/Bonus Potential: $40,000 – $135,000+ (commissions uncapped and paid monthly; bonuses paid quarterly).
• Annual Cell Phone/Vehicle Stipend: $10,500 (paid monthly).
