About the role

Our client is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business growth by managing the full B2B SaaS sales cycle from prospecting to close. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships. This is a hybrid position based in Ocean County, NJ.

Starting at $90,000/year.

Responsibilities

• Self-source new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking
• Run product demos tailored to prospective clients' needs
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and close
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to consistently meet sales targets
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close new business
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline status in CRM
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively position offerings

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a full-cycle B2B SaaS sales role
• Proven track record of self-sourcing and closing new business
• Strong demo and presentation skills
• Skilled negotiator with the ability to manage objections and close deals
• Comfortable working independently to manage a full sales pipeline
• Experience with CRM tools to track and report on sales activity
• Results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding quota
