About the role
The Account Executive, AEC role is focused on closing new business deals with Small Businesses. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales plans to effectively and efficiently target accounts within an assigned territory.
- Proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop a robust sales pipeline with minimal supervision.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Utilize outstanding communication skills and sales savvy combined with industry and company knowledge to close deals.
- Build and maintain close relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders internally and externally.
- Understand market trends and interpret data relevant to Egnyte's initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition, using a value-selling approach.
- Experience working in the Architecture, Construction, or Engineering fields.
- A track record of overachievement (President’s Club, Rep of the Year, etc.), demonstrating consistent activity and pipeline development.
- Ability to determine customer requirements and present appropriate solutions.

Pay
The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $60,000 - $62,500 annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience.
