About the role
As an Account Executive at PathSpot, you’ll drive the adoption of our products and grow company revenue. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through close—bringing a motivated, customer-first approach to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets. You’ll partner closely with customer success and product to ensure prospects become long-term PathSpot champions.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Lead discovery calls and product demos to understand customer needs and present tailored PathSpot solutions
- Develop trusted relationships with prospects and customers to drive long-term revenue growth
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring mutual value for both PathSpot and the customer
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product to align sales strategy and support smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, opportunities, and customer interactions within our CRM
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer pain points to position PathSpot effectively
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas while upholding our values and customer-first mindset
Qualifications
- Are an ambitious, results-driven sales professional energized by exceeding goals and building pipeline momentum
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and take full ownership of your pipeline and outcomes
- Communicate clearly and confidently—on calls, in demos, and in negotiations—with a consultative, customer-centric approach
- Can navigate multiple stakeholders and keep complex deal cycles moving forward
- Are organized and detail-oriented, maintaining strong CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline
- Stay curious—tracking market shifts and competitor moves to sharpen your pitch and bring better insights to customers
- Collaborate naturally across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from first touch through onboarding
Pay
OTE $110k-120k (55/45 split)
