About the role
This role is built for someone who is comfortable owning the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach all the way through discovery, relationship building, proposal conversations, and closing new business. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, connecting with key decision-makers, understanding client needs, and positioning NOW CFO’s consulting solutions in a way that drives revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Possess and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners and financial leaders
- Contribute to team growth and the continued expansion of the Salt Lake City market
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client pain points, business needs, and growth opportunities
- Present NOW CFO’s services in a clear, consultative, and compelling way
- Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline updates in the CRM
- Collaborate with leadership and delivery teams to support a smooth client experience
- Participate in ongoing training to sharpen sales skills, industry knowledge, and market strategy
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales, business development, or client-facing revenue experience
- Ability to build relationships, ask strong discovery questions, and move deals forward
- Confidence speaking with executives, business owners, and professional decision-makers
- Strong outbound mindset with comfort making calls, sending emails, and using LinkedIn for prospecting
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance-based earnings
- Coachable attitude with a strong willingness to learn and improve
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once
Qualifications
- B2B sales experience with closing responsibility
- Experience selling professional services, consulting, staffing, finance, accounting, or business solutions
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or other prospecting tools
