Responsibilities

  • Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.
  • Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply.
  • Qualify the prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing the pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
  • Collaborate with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
  • Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in an outbound sales role, preferably door to door.
  • Experience with a CRM system, Salesforce preferred.
  • Sales, account management, and customer service skills.

Essential Skills

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in field sales/recruitment is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology.
  • Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily.

Work Environment

  • This position involves working in the field four days a week with one day from home.
  • You will be supporting near the St. Cloud region.
  • The role offers uncapped commission with payments for partner applications and launches, a mileage reimbursement at 72.5 cents per mile, and a $50 monthly phone expense.

Pay And Benefits

  • The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a new delivery program launching in the area. The role involves recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. Collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors to engage with prospective businesses, present the program, guide them through the application process, and coordinate recruitment events.
