The posting includes description of DSP responsibilities. Could be "About the role" paragraph summarizing role. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: qualifications/requirements (education, driver's license, age, etc.) - Qualifications: maybe personal attributes (commitment, varied interests, proven record, ability to work as team member). The posting has "Qualifications" heading then bullet-like sentences. - Benefits: list of benefits (sign on bonus, company paid life insurance, health insurance, dental/vision, earned PTO, 40 hours sick time, employee referral bonus, tuition remission, supportive environment). Also mention paid training. - Pay: salary range $17.50-$19.00. - Schedule: schedule details: Tue 2p-10p, Wed 2p-10p, Thu 2p-10p, Fri 2p-10p, Sat 8a-4p Part-Time: 40 hours. Also mention full-time? The job type full-time. So schedule includes those shifts. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Also no Job ID etc. We must not include sections with placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We need to use

for section headings,
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We need to avoid duplication. Let's extract content precisely. First, "About the role": Could be a paragraph describing the role: "The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for advocating and supporting adults 22 and over with intellectual and developmental disabilities by empowering them to be as active in their lives as they can." That's a prose description. Could also include that they support household maintenance etc. But that is more responsibilities. So About the role could be that sentence. Responsibilities: list of duties: household maintenance, meal prep, shopping, bathing, toileting, dressing, teeth brushing, etc.; assist to medical appointments, banking, assist them to become active members of their community, attend outings, administer medications, follow Behavior Support Plans, Individual Support Plans and goals, follow medical guidelines; safely evacuate individuals from home in emergency; maintain certifications, handle job related duties in compliance with Agency policies and follow all DDS regulations/policies; also maybe "DSP workers are provided paid New Employee Orientation, paid CPR/First Aid, PABC, Defensive Driving, and Medication Administration Program (MAP), as well as program and person specific training at the individuals’ home." That's more training/benefits but could be responsibilities? It's more about what they receive. Might be better placed under Benefits or maybe under Responsibilities as "receive training". However the instruction: Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can list responsibilities as bullet points. Requirements: High School Degree or GED; Must have a valid driver’s license, daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required) and be available by telephone for daily contact; Must be 21+ with reliable transportation and valid driving license. Also maybe "Must be 21+ with reliable transportation and valid driving license" repeats driver's license. We'll combine. Qualifications: Commitment to assisting people with varying disabilities to participate fully in their community and in their own lives; Varied interests and personal connections in the local community; Proven record of conscientious, responsible behavior (work, volunteer or school history); Ability to work as a creative, engaged, dedicated member of the team. Benefits: Sign on Bonus (for part-time? Actually "Part Time employees will receive a $500 Sign on Bonus – residential direct care only $100 at 6 weeks and $100 at 90 days and $300 at 6 months." Also "Paid Training by Venture!" maybe benefit. Also "Company paid life insurance for full time employees", "Health insurance", "Dental and Vision insurance", "Earned Paid time off and 40 hours of sick time", "Employee Referral Bonus program", "Tuition Remission", "Supportive and encouraging working environment". Also maybe "Paid New Employee Orientation, paid CPR/First Aid, PABC, Defensive Driving, and Medication Administration Program (MAP), as well as program and person specific training at the individuals’ home." That could be considered benefits/training. We'll include as benefit bullet. Pay: Salary range $17.50-$19.00. Schedule: Tue 2p-10p, Wed 2p-10p, Thu 2p-10p, Fri 2p-10p, Sat 8a-4p Part-Time: 40 hours. Also maybe mention Full-time? The job type full-time but schedule given is for part-time? Actually schedule shows Tue-Fri 2p-10p and Sat 8a-4p, plus note "Part-Time: 40 hours". That seems contradictory but we just preserve. We need to ensure we don't create sections with placeholder text. All sections have content. Now produce HTML:

for each section heading. Good. Check that we used
