Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Installation
- Develops understanding of industry wiring and installation standards.
- Installs system racks and performs on-site staging of equipment.
- Labels equipment and field cabling according to Technical Standards.
- Performs tasks like cable placement and termination.
- Maintains a debris-free workspace.
- Customer Service
- Serves as the face of the organization, representing ECC brand and reputation.
- Greet and interact with customers courteously, respectfully, and professionally.
- Internal Communication
- Communicate with Lead Tech for technical questions, verifications, and issue reporting.
- Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
- Recognize and address change orders and job-related issues.
- Provide solutions to Lead Tech for potential issues.
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent adherence to technical service standards.
- Maintain proper tools, materials, and test equipment for high-quality installations.
- Manage installation supplies and materials inventory effectively.
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety policies.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Cultivate positive relationships within and across departments.
- Present a professional image and represent the company positively.
- Work long hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Follow company policies, procedures, core values, and behavioral standards.
- Basic understanding of blueprints and drawings.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tool usage and safety.
- Understanding of mounting and rigging concepts.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and CMR.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- OSHA 10 certification within 90 days.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proof of vehicle insurance for business use.
- Communicate and interact verbally, both in person and over the phone.
- Perform repetitive motions, exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 20 pounds constantly.
- Travel overnight, up to 100% of the time.
- Work with hazards and various physical conditions.
- Use personal computers, basic scanning devices, smart phones, and tablets effectively.
- Perform activities such as operating power tools and equipment, including lifts and scaffolding.
