About the role
Dalrymple Ward is a 26-bedded unit specializing in the care of older adults, rehabilitation, and palliative care. We offer an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Support and motivate colleagues within a team environment
- Adapt to change and support service developments
- Work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Enhance patient care through innovation and evidence-based practice
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current professional registration
- Clinical experience within rehabilitation and/or care of the elderly
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, proactive “can-do” attitude

- Demonstrated ability to support and motivate colleagues
- Confidence in adapting to change and supporting service developments
- Flexible approach to working patterns and service needs

Schedule
This is a rotational post covering day and night shifts, with shifts typically 11.5 hours.
