Staff Nurse

About the role

The position requires a registered nurse responsible for providing quality patient care in both clinical and office settings.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide direct patient care across all age groups
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols, including PPE usage
• Perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting in a fast-paced environment
• Work in both office and patient care areas, ensuring a safe and clean environment
• Access non-restricted patient information in accordance with HIPAA policies

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSc preferred
• Current NYS RN license
• Previous experience in acute or ambulatory care is advantageous
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC) as applicable
• Professional certification in nursing specialty preferred

Work Environment

Perform duties in patient care areas with exposure to cleaning solutions and disinfectants; Work alongside other healthcare professionals in a collaborative setting.
