About the role

As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional care, this role is assigned to a small group of home clinics where you'll build strong patient relationships and become a trusted part of the team. For this position, your primary locations will include: Beaverton, Portland - Tualatin. You'll rotate between these clinics based on the schedule—no surprise float shifts or last-minute assignments outside this group. Just consistency, connection, and a chance to make an impact across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver FDA-cleared treatments with precision and care
• Educate patients on procedures, post-treatment expectations, and long-term care
• Document treatments accurately using clinic software systems
• Collaborate with your Location Director and Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) to optimize schedules and maintain seamless clinic operations
• Rotate across 1 to 3 local clinics
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the LaserAway brand standard

Requirements

• License (RN/NP/PA) - OR

Qualifications

• Active RN, NP, or PA license in the state of employment (required)
• Minimum 1 year of hospital-based nursing experience required (excluding nursing school clinical rotations). This position is not open to new graduates; applicants must have post-graduate clinical experience in a hospital or similar acute care setting.
• Confidence in using digital tools and following protocols
• Strong energy and adaptability in fast-paced settings

Skills

• Preferred Background: Experience in acute care, med-surg, ICU, ER, or a related hospital setting.
• Home health, skilled nursing, and rehab facility experience may be considered if it includes substantial hands-on patient care in a high-volume setting.

Schedule

This role follows a fixed, non-negotiable schedule of Thursday through Monday, every week. Candidates must be available and committed to working five consecutive days, including every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) as part of their regular schedule. Please note that this is not a rotating or flexible schedule.
