About the role
The successful candidate will be motivated, compassionate and self-driven, with a commitment to delivering high standards of individualised care within a specialist palliative care setting. You will work collaboratively with patients, families and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes and experiences for those in our care.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, holistic, person-centred care.
- Provide expert symptom management and support for patients with complex palliative care needs.
- Work collaboratively to achieve the best possible quality of life for patients and their families.
Requirements
- Registered Adult Nurse with current UK NMC registration.
- Post-registration nursing experience within NHS.
