Dalrymple Ward is a 26-bedded unit specializing in the care of older adults, rehabilitation, and palliative care. The ward is part of Galloway Community Hospital and is known for delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a supportive and forward-thinking multidisciplinary team environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a range of professionals to deliver high standards of care.
- Support and motivate colleagues within a team environment.
- Enhance clinical skills through a range of learning opportunities provided by the hospital.
- Adapt to change and support service developments.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current professional registration.
- Clinical experience within rehabilitation and/or care of the elderly.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive, proactive “can-do” attitude.

The pay for this position is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The shift pattern includes day and night shifts, with typical shifts lasting 11.5 hours.
