Position: Customer Care Representative Location: Honolulu, HI (Hybrid after training*) Pay: This position has a fixed rate of $22/hour Experience: 0 to 3 years of directly related or closely related experience. Education: High school diploma or GED required. Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Employers Options is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Respond promptly to customer inquiries and assist with troubleshooting technical issues. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.Communicate with customers over the phone, in person, via email, fax, and TownSq.Manage large amounts of incoming calls.Keep records of customer interactions.Multitask by completing projects in-between calls.Back up the receptionist and assist with other duties as needed. Position Requirements Bilingual preferred.Knowledge of general office equipment (copier, fax, phone systems, etc.).Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.Professional customer service and communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.Time management and time-critical prioritization skills.This position requires employees to work in the office three days per week. After completing a three-month in-office probationary period, employees become eligible to work remotely up to two days per week. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the employee will be assigned a laptop for use while working remotely.
