$18/hour | Customer Service Rep | No Weekends!

ProRecruiters is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing and dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, emails, and messages.
• Provide information about products, services, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
• Resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints.
• Dispatch service and emergency calls to managers.
• Process orders, returns, and account updates.
• Follow up on service requests and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Assist with special projects and other assigned duties.

Pay

$18 per hour

Schedule

Full‑time; Contract – Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
