What You'll Do
- Play an important role in the lifecycle of every customer's purchase.
- Assist customers with scheduling deliveries, managing payments, and acknowledging customer questions and concerns.
- Work independently and on a small team to enhance the customer shopping experience.
What We Need From You
- Provide genuine, friendly, personable, and professional service.
- Show effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills both in person and on the phone.
- Demonstrate excellent listening skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment.
- Proactively resolve escalated customer issues.
- Support sales and operations team members by advocating for every customer's concerns and requests.
- Be flexible to work a retail schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
