About the role

This is a dual-location position requiring availability at both our Manchester and Newington stores as needed. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll act as the vital link between customer expectations and delivery reality. You’ll independently and collaboratively manage scheduling, payments, inquiries, and issue resolution to continually elevate the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine, friendly, and professional service in person and over the phone
• Demonstrate strong listening skills and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proactively resolve escalated customer concerns
• Advocate for customers by supporting sales and operations teams to exceed expectations
• Schedule deliveries and manage payment processes

Requirements

• Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and events
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
