About the role

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing and dynamic team at one of Hawaii's most established and respected financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Handle teller and cash operations
• Demonstrate knowledge of banking products and services
• Deliver sales presentations to individuals and groups
• Refer customers to personal bankers and specialized departments
• Manage confidential customer information with discretion
• Use PC and word processing tools proficiently (35 WPM minimum)

Requirements

• 2 years as a commercial savings teller in a financial institution or 2 years in a retail sales environment selling products and services
• Associate's degree in business or equivalent work skills
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information
• PC skills in word processing

Pay

$21 to $24.50/hour (plus sales incentives)

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Rotational Saturdays, 8:30am to 1:30pm
