Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a Wholesale Manufacturing Company for a Customer Service Manager position in the Sevierville, TN area.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service & support via telephone, email, and in person inquiries
• Providing suggestions over the phone
• Receive and enter all orders for the customer
• Acknowledge ship dates and track progress through manufacturing process
• Maintain lead tracking sheet on monthly basis
• Prepare credit memos and return authorizations
• Sent out new dealer applications
• Overseeing a team of 1-3 customer service professionals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
• 2-3 years in an office setting
• Previous customer service or inside sales is preferred
• Having a manufacturing/administrative background is a plus
• Personable and detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task, while having little supervision
• Previous logistics experience is a plus as well
