Customer Service Manager - $18

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a wholesale manufacturing company for a Customer Service Manager position in the Sevierville, TN area.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service & support via telephone, email, and in-person inquiries
• Providing suggestions over the phone
• Receive and enter all orders for the customer
• Acknowledge ship dates and track progress through manufacturing process
• High-volume order entry
• Maintain lead tracking sheet on a monthly basis, prepare credit memos and return authorizations, and send out new dealer applications
• Overseeing a team of 1-3 customer service professionals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
• 2-3 years in an office setting
• Previous customer service or inside sales is preferred
• Manufacturing/administrative background is a plus
• Personable and detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task with little supervision
• Previous logistics experience is a plus

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay

$18/hour
