About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for a college graduate to join our RF/Microwave Engineering Team at Raytheon. These departments develop, design, test and manufacture compound semiconductor devices, microwave/millimeter-wave integrated circuits, and modules for defense applications. We research, develop, design, and integrate electrical (Analog, Power, RF/Microwave, and Digital) components, embedded and digital signal processing software, equipment, systems, sub-systems, and networks for the defense of domestic and foreign purposes. As member of our team you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of systems and equipment from receivers, exciters and processing electronics and communications systems that support multiple Radar programs. Some of the programs our department supports include Global Patriot and Early Warning Systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical design and development, an eagerness to learn, the ability to work 100% onsite and collaboratively with a team, and an interest in complex, real-time, critical systems. This position is an onsite role in Tewksbury, MA, Andover, MA, or Marlborough, MA.
