About the role
The Sensor Power and Analog Design (SPAD) department within Raytheon is seeking experienced electrical engineers with expertise in analog electronics, power electronics, power systems, and servo/motor control systems.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with a team of engineers to develop designs based on requirements, operational specifications, and RTX guidelines.
- Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document power conversion, analog circuitry or servo/motor control systems.
- Provide support to production, integration, and test activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Execute to program schedules on time and budget.
- Demonstrate self-motivation.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
- Courses in Analog Electronics, Power Electronics/Systems, or Control Systems.
- Knowledge of modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar tools.
- ABET accreditation preferred, 3.0 cumulative GPA desired.
- Hardware development experience.
- Knowledge of test and production methods for electronics/power system components.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain an Interim U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date.
- U.S. citizenship required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $68,900 - $131,100 annually.
Schedule
This position is an onsite role. Travel to Marlborough, MA; Andover, MA; Woburn, MA; and/or Pelham, NH may be required depending on the assignment.
